Reservation regulations

To reserve an apartment you can just fill in the Reservation form and send it to us (press the button “Send the query”). Our manager will make the ordering and send you the confirmation or call you by the phone.

If you would like to reserve certain apartment from our list, please indicate its number in “Comments” field.

We do NOT ask our guests to make any advance payments!

We will be glad to send an official confirmation of reservation and Visa Support Letter to you via e-mail or fax at your request. This service is free of charge.

Please note that registration time in Hotel service “Avanti” is 12.00 (the same as in hotels). The day of rent begins at 1 p.m. or later depending on the arrival time.

We may change your arrival and departure time at your request . Please let us know beforehand about such necessity.

Rent can be paid at once with registration in our office or at any other time during your stay.

Our company will provide you with all necessary help and information during your stay in Kiev.
