•  How can I reserve an apartment?

Please call to our office by phone (044) 247 05 58 or use our reservation form. Our managers will contact you within 24 hours. We do not ask any additional payment for reservation. 

• How can I pay apartment rent?

You can pay apartment rent to our account or in cash (UAH) at our office before or during your residing. 

• Are the prices in the apartment list prices for an apartment or for each person?

These are prices for an apartment without any connection to the number of people. You can see the maximum number of persons in the description of each apartment.   

• Can the price, that we have agreed on, be changed?

Under no circumstances the company can change the agreed price .

• What services are included in the price of an apartment ?

Rent of the Hotel Service “Avanti” apartments includes:

Everyday cleaning at the time that is suitable for you;

Everyday change of towels;

Change of bed linen every 3 days;

Telephone conversation around Kiev (in Ukrtelecom system).

• Should I pay for phone calls from the apartment?

Phone calls in the borders of Kiev are free of charge. Phone calls to any other place of Ukraine or world are paid according to the taxes fixed by Ukrtelecom (without extra charge).

• How can I check in and take the apartment keys? 

You can come to our office to check in, pay for residing (if in cash), and take your keys. Our office is situated in the center of Kiev near “Palats Sportu” underground station on Hospitalna Str. 2.

If you use our taxi from airport or station our chauffeur will take you to our office first and than to the apartment.
